Say it three times fast: According to WHO, it’s a must-do. The World Health Organization added wearing fabric masks in public places to its “must-do” list of recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Let’s do our part! Mask up and:

• Avoid large groups of people and crowded spaces.
• Maintain a physical distance of at least 1 meter (3+ feet) from others.
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use an alcohol-based handrub.
• Use respiratory hygiene—cover your nose and mouth with a bent elbow or paper tissue when coughing or sneezing, dispose of the tissue immediately after use, and perform hand hygiene.
• Refrain from touching your mouth, nose and eyes.

Places where you should wear a fabric mask include:

• Grocery stores
• Workplaces
• Social and mass gatherings and closed settings, such as schools and houses of worship
• Dense living conditions
• Public transportation
