About 1 in 3 women and girls worldwide will experience physical or sexual violence in her lifetime. Addressing the fact that gender-based violence soars during armed conflicts and pandemics, Jhpiego and the IAWG Training Partnership Initiative released updated training resource packages on basic emergency obstetric and newborn care and clinical management of sexual violence survivors. These new Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Clinical Outreach Refresher Trainings (S-CORTs) are specifically designed for service providers working in crisis-affected contexts.
